Cantrell Excavating was founded and operated for 30 years by Jack Cantrell. In 2019 Cantrell Excavating was acquired by Mark Smith of Soils, Inc.. The name was changed to Virginia Septic and Soils Inc and Virginia Septic became sister companies.
